Customized or Made-to-Order Items:
a. For customized or made-to-order furniture pieces, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
b. After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations may not be possible, as production may have already begun on your custom piece. In such cases, cancellation fees or restrictions may apply.
Cancellation Fees:
a. If you cancel your order within the allowed cancellation period, no cancellation fees will be applied.
b. In cases where cancellation is requested after the allowed cancellation period, or if the item has already been shipped, cancellation fees may be applicable. These fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on factors such as the stage of production or shipment, and any associated costs incurred by Kaakor Furniture.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
a. If your order is eligible for cancellation and the cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
b. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
a. Kaakor Furniture reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to the cancellation policy will be effective immediately and will apply to all orders placed on or after the date of the policy change.
